Her background includes more than 10 years of hands-on leadership in cosmetic dermatology and medical aesthetics, where she worked alongside some of the most respected dermatologists in Los Angeles. This extensive experience has shaped her exceptional understanding of clinical excellence, operational strategy, and the artistry behind aesthetic care.

I had been going to the same Med Spa for the past 15 years and I was hesitant to try a new place. I’m sure glad I did! To start off with this place is so beautiful and chic and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming.  Rada did a great  job explaining everything. She was detailed, knowledgeable, gentle, patient and knows what she is doing. I felt very comfortable trying a new dysport treatment plan with her. My results look so natural. Walking in the team at Collective greeted me with utmost kindness which really helped to settle my nerves. Elisabeth took the time to answer my questions even being at my most candid, she was such an angel. I received Botox and RHA lip filler and I’m so pleased with the natural and beautiful results. I was in excellent hands at Collective and I can’t wait to book again!
